  Sylvia Bautista

  Operations Manager/DMTAA

  Sylvia is the operations manager and has worked in the District Office for Kevin for 11 years. She has worked close with the new agents, training them on Life Insurance, managing their production and motivating them to sell. Sylvia also manages the continuous life training for existing agents. She is also our hiring manager, interviewing potential candidates and walking them through the steps of owning a successful Farmers Agency. Sylvia has a degree in Computer Business Administration and holds both her Property and Casualty and Life, Accident and Health licenses.

  Agency Business Consultant

  Barney is responsible for assigned agents' progress toward productivity goals & objectives and keeps all agents informed about Farmers® policies, practices and procedures. Conduct and monitor Agency Progress Reviews for assigned agents. Work with new and existing agents to utilize training programs to increase productivity and enhance profitability. Excellent coaching skills and ability to work effectively with many different individuals and work styles in an effort to maximize each agent's performance. Evaluate, offer guidance and monitor progress of reserve agent candidates.
